Pileus up to 130 mm, hemispherical then convex
to almost flat, white to pale cream, smooth
and glabrous, slightly viscid.

Flesh white, poisonous.
Lamellae white, free.
Stipe up to 240 x 25 mm, cylindrical, somewhat
tapered toward the apex, solid when young,
hollow when old, smooth above the annulus,
smooth to finely appressed white-floccose
below. Annulus white membranous. Volva bag-like,
white, turning cream in age.
Furuiting body not turning yellow in KOH.
