Habitat Solitary to gregarious in hardwood forests.
Pileus up to 130 mm, hemispherical then convex to almost flat, white to pale cream, smooth and glabrous, slightly viscid.

Flesh white, poisonous.
Lamellae white, free.
Stipe up to 240 x 25 mm, cylindrical, somewhat tapered toward the apex, solid when young, hollow when old, smooth above the annulus, smooth to finely appressed white-floccose below. Annulus white membranous. Volva bag-like, white, turning cream in age.
Furuiting body not turning yellow in KOH.

Spores elipitical, smooth, hyaline, oleous.

Comments
In the case of individuals above, the surface of stipe is not very smooth. I have a little question about it.
